How is the price calculated?
Every luxury Sprinter is $250 an hour (Shuttle Sprinters from $200), from the moment we pick you up to the moment we drop you off. Multiply the hours: on a luxury Sprinter 3 hours is $750 (our weekday minimum), 4 hours is $1,000 (our Fri–Sun minimum), 10 hours is $2,500. Tolls are included. Other vehicles work the same way at their own hourly price. Pickups outside our usual area may include travel time — we’ll tell you before you confirm.
Is my Sprinter booked when I send the request?
Not yet. Your request comes straight to us and we usually confirm availability by text within 1 hour. Nothing is charged online. Payment for the booked hours is due upfront to confirm.
What if we need more time?
Think you’ll need more time? Tell us when you book and we’ll do our best to hold the vehicle longer.
Which Sprinter is right for my group?
We have Sprinters for 8 (captain chairs), 11 (lounge that converts to a bed), 13, 14, 16, 17 and 19 passengers. See inside every one on the Fleet page, or tell us your group size and occasion and we’ll suggest one.
Can we make stops along the way?
Yes. You book by the hour, so the Sprinter and chauffeur are yours from pickup to drop-off. Add your stops in the notes.
Do you do airport pickups?
Yes: JFK, Newark (EWR), LaGuardia (LGA), Teterboro (TEB) and Westchester (HPN). We track your flight and adjust for delays. Add your flight number when you book.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request at no extra charge. Mention it in the notes when you book.
Where do you go?
We’re based in Rockland County, NY and serve Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Long Island, New Jersey, Westchester, Rockland and Connecticut. Long trips like Atlantic City are booked the same way, by the hour. Going further? See Long distance below.
Are your chauffeurs and vehicles licensed and insured?
Yes. All vehicles are licensed and fully insured. We are DOT compliant, and every chauffeur is background-checked and professionally trained.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. Sprinters: 3 hours ($750) for pickups Monday to Thursday, 4 hours ($1,000) Friday to Sunday. Every other vehicle shows its minimum on its own page.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity isn’t included and never required — tip your chauffeur only if you want to.
Are tolls included?
Yes. Tolls are included in the hourly price.
When do I pay?
Payment for the booked hours is due upfront to confirm.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 72+ hours before pickup: full refund. Within 72 hours: non-refundable, because the vehicle and chauffeur are reserved for you. If something unexpected comes up, tell us right away and we’ll do our best to help.
Is there ever a charge for travel time?
Pickups outside our usual area may include travel time — we’ll tell you before you confirm.
Do you have SUVs, sedans or limousines?
Yes: Cadillac Escalades and a Chevrolet Suburban ($150/hr, 2-hour minimum), the Escalade-V Series ($220/hr), a Cadillac CT5 executive sedan ($95/hr, 2-hour minimum), Mercedes-Benz S 580 and BMW 760i luxury sedans ($160/hr), limousines for 13 or 18 ($250/hr), an armored Sprinter ($575/hr, 4-hour minimum) and wheelchair-accessible vans ($165/hr). Do you do long-distance trips?
Yes. Washington DC, Miami, anywhere you can drive, we can take you. Don’t want to fly? We drive you door to door, across states. Message us for a special quote.
