Two ways to pay

The booked hours are paid upfront.

You pay the netPay the price minus your commission to confirm. Collect from your client however you like. Your client pays by cardYour client pays the full price (with your markup) through your quote link. Your commission is recorded in your account and paid out to you.

Card payments include a 3.5% card processing fee, paid by the cardholder and shown before paying.

Cancel 72+ hours before pickup: full refund. Within 72 hours: non-refundable, because the vehicle and chauffeur are reserved for you. If something unexpected comes up, tell us right away and we’ll do our best to help.
